The construction project of the remaining works of the 2B+G+11 administrative building of Yilda sub-city is accelerating
It can be recalled that the construction work was not carried out according to the plan due to the incompetence of the contractor that was observed at the time.
According to this, the office has taken adjustments to complete the remaining works at the construction site, and after it started working on May 09/2015, it has created the possibility for the project to be in good performance.
In total, more than 883 million birr has been reserved for the completion of the remaining works of this 14-storey building, which has 3 blocks and rests on an area of 3000 square meters.
The project is based on the experience of previous city administration buildings and the necessary infrastructures are being completed to implement the smart city concept of the city.
